The Best Twitter Accounts for Word Lovers

  • Buffer

There’s no other social media in this world that makes you more aware of the importance of individual words than Twitter does. So let’s celebrate the frustrating limitations of the 140-character tweet by taking a look at the six best accounts that focus on one word at a time!

  • @InterestingLit

A fun little handle about words and quotations by and about those that are famous for using them.

  • @OED

The Oxford English Dictionary is the king of kings, the ultimate resource and authority on language and word usage. The best part of this account is that a membership to access the OED is very expensive, but links to the OED on here can be accessed by anyone, so you can still get your word-origin fix!
